One of my greatest passions in life is being a therapist. Drawing on decades of experience my approach blends warmth, insight, humor & a deep respect for the trust this work requires. Whether you’re burdened by daily stress or carrying the weight of deeper emotional pain, I can help you find your way through gently reconnecting with healing & clarity. Along the way you might find yourself feeling stuck—whether it’s anxiety, loneliness, depression, grief or just a sense that something’s off. Life can be overwhelming-making it hard to find meaning or joy. This is the kind of thing we can work through together. I am an extensively trained psychotherapist licensed in California and Vermont. I earned my Masters degree from New York University and I have been practicing for more than two decades. I specialize in depression and anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness & aging, identity and self-worth, lgbtq+ issues, relationships, veganism/Vystopia, as well as life transitions and the pursuit of purpose and meaning. I believe In the power of the therapeutic relationship to create emotional growth and deepen your connection with self and others.
