I earned my Masters degree from New York University and I have been practicing for more than two decades. I specialize in depression and anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness & aging, identity and self-worth, lgbtq+ issues, relationships, veganism/Vystopia, as well as life transitions and the pursuit of purpose and meaning. I have 20+ years of experience counseling clients with a range of mental health challenges in a variety of therapeutic settings from New York to California.
