Hello! My name is Anna, and I am an LPCC in Minnesota. I graduated from Saint Cloud State University with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with Kids, Adults, and Families with diverse backgrounds and a variety of concerns. I primarily take an Experiential Play Therapy approach. I integrate play, sand, art, music, and sensory based therapy approaches in sessions with clients of all ages.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I try to make each and every client I have feel seen and heard. I believe each client is the expert in themselves. I encourage clients to bring their own ideas, creativity, and goals into the therapeutic process.
