Dr. Clayton has over 29 years' experience in medical field between her hometown of Meridian, Ms and currently in Jacksonville, Fl. As a dual-certified nurse practitioner, I understand the complexity of mental health, wellness, health promotion, and the effects of stress and chronic illness. Dr. Clayton is licensed in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Washington State . I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management with individualized care for every patient. I treat a variety mental health issues such as: Depression, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, PTSD, conduct disorders, Insomnia, Dissociative disorders, Personality disorders, Addiction and other psychiatric disorders.
