Hello there! I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist licensed in California and have been for the last 14 years. I consider myself a eclectic therapist. In other words, I have experience in many different therapeutic techniques including person-centered, CBT, DBT, psychodynamics, mindfulness and depth psychology. This allows me to be able to adapt to my clients needs and utilize the best therapeutic techniques for immediate and long-term goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will begin to build our therapeutic rapport. We'll start by getting to know each other a bit and then focus on you're goals and what challenges that you are dealing with that is creating a barrier in reaching your goals. We'll work to identify what has worked for you in the past and what hasn't regarding any previous therapy so that we can move forward in the best possible way.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am here to support you. I will meet you with warmth, positive regard and empathy. I'll strive to create a nonjudgmental and encouraging safe space. I am hopeful that our journey together will allow you to gain peace, healing and growth.

I engage my clients often in mindful breathing and guided imagery to help them seek deeper understanding of themselvesb especially their past.
