Hi, welcome to my page! I am Elvia, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the state of Texas, certified as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and trained EMDR therapist. Counseling can be scary sometimes, and you may find yourself experiencing anxiety, fears, and uncertainty. My passion is to provide you with the tools that you need to move forward and remove those strongholds that have no business interfering with your life goals. I've been practicing counseling since 2014. I have dedicated my career to working with adolescents, adults, and families. Through this career journey, I found that my passion is working with individuals experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, adjustment, and stress, with a special interest in working with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
