Tierria is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of experience in the Healthcare field. She has worked with diverse populations across the United States including Corrections, Community Mental Health, and Inpatient Psychiatry. Tierria received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi in 2010 and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama in 2016. I work with adults experiencing moderate to severe anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, insomnia, and attention deficit that may have tried therapy or other non-pharmacological interventions that has not improved their mental health. My specialty are adults transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, those entering high performing careers, and those entering motherhood. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will begin with introductions and then continue with collecting medication and any psychiatric history. Towards the end of the session, I will summarize the information and discuss potential diagnosis and recommend a treatment plan. From there, the Client will decide how they would like to move forward.
