I have worked in a variety of settings to include residential and outpatient adult and adolescent treatment facilities. I utilize CBT techniques and methods to help you replace faulty thoughts and beliefs with more effective one, leading to stable emotions, and enhanced behavior. I specialize in relationships, personal development, substance abuse and compulsive sexual behavior. I am a therapist who is willing to try new ways and methods of doing things.

In our first session we will get to know one another, I will ask many questions in order gain background knowledge into your current situation.
