Hey! I'm Dr. Amanda Felix. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I treat children and adults (ages 6+). I treat various psychiatric conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and psychotic disorders. I also conduct psychiatric and pre-bariatric surgery psychological assessments.

Dr. Felix is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a secondary specialty in internal medicine. She has over a decade of nursing experience in various settings including ER, ICU, case management, and outpatient psychiatry.

Dr. Felix uses a holistic patient-focused treatment model which is centered on creating a safe, judgment-free and laid-back atmosphere, while taking the time to listen to and understand her clients' concerns and treatment goals. She is BIPOC and LGBTQ+ affirming and has vast experience in working with transgender individuals.

She specializes in treating various mental health conditions in individuals ages 6 and above. Conditions treated include mood disorders (depression, bipolar), anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, and psychotic disorder such as schizophrenia. Other services include pre-op bariatric surgery evaluations and emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations.
