I can help you. My clinic is ALPHA Mental Health Services Inc. I treat the whole patient and approach our patients with empathy, compassion and evidence-based techniques. Medication often gives quicker relief, however with our hard work, together with brief solution-focused therapy, we will have the best hope for healing. I have a dual board certification as a Family NP and an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with many years of clinical experience in treating psychiatric disorders. Whether you’re coming in for a follow-up or a more complex initial psychiatric evaluation, I have the skills and resources to manage all of your mental health needs. I am committed to providing you and your loved ones with exceptional care in a compassionate and friendly atmosphere. I will make sure that you always feel welcome and at ease. And guess what? I offer flexible evening, weekend (appointments only), in-person and telepsychiatry services to meet your mental health needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session together, we will start with brief introductions then we dive into the specific challenges or problems that you are having. By so doing, it will help me establish an individualized plan for us to work through in follow up sessions

My mission and biggest strength are to provide evidence-based, holistic, quality and culturally competent psychiatric care in a friendly atmosphere. I create a nonjudgmental and an empathetic atmosphere where patients can be listened to. I consider the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit with patient’s environment. I am dual certified as a family and psychiatric NP with over 7 years of experience in mental health, with a background in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
