My approach is rooted in fostering genuine connections with you and empowering you to take ownership of your mental health journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial meeting, we'll start with a brief introduction and then get into the specific difficulties you're facing. This will assist me in developing a specific plan of care for us to work through in subsequent sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a non judgement approach to client care. My dedication to you goes beyond the walls of my office. One of my greatest strengths is to forge meaningful partnerships with you. CBT involves journaling your thoughts throughout the day, as well as your feelings about them. Patient's will be counselled on how to replace negative pattern of thinking with positive ones. Helping patient to change their way of thinking can have a long-term positive impact on thier emotions.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy will be used to help client's explore the relationship between a client's prior experiences, typically from childhood, and their current thinking. The goals is to help client create self-awareness and an understanding of how the past influences present behavior.
