I am a Master of Science in Nursing graduate of Walden University and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the Lifespan. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am responsible for providing my patients with superior, evidence-based care to improve their quality of life. I place a lot of value on developing long-lasting relationships with people. My areas of interest include helping people with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and Insomnia. I work closely with each patient to create individualized treatment regimens tailored to their needs. I also perform extensive exams on each patient. I sincerely believe that everyone deserves to have a happy, regular life. I emphasize working alongside the patient to provide support and therapy in my practice. I also promote patient-centered care. We shall travel the road to recovery and well-being together. .

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Medication Management: As part of a patient's treatment plan, I can recommend and oversee psychiatric drugs. I carefully evaluate each person's symptoms, medical background, and drug reaction to choose the best pharmacological approach.

 Psychotherapy: I frequently use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy as part of the treatment. These therapeutic approaches support patients in exploring their feelings, thoughts, and actions and creating better-coping mechanisms.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My ability to listen intently and without bias is one of my best qualities. I recognize the value of establishing a secure and encouraging environment where patients can communicate their ideas, worries, and feelings without restriction. I ensure they feel genuinely heard and understood by listening to what they say. I understand that every patient is different and could have various viewpoints and requirements. I can connect with my patients more effectively and build a solid therapeutic relationship if I put my judgments aside and have an open mind. This strategy enables me to learn much about their experiences and aids in creating specialized treatment plans that target their unique problems.
