To My Clients Hi. I am Morgan! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. More specifically I am someone that enjoys sparking change in people’s lives. Are you currently feeling stuck in life? Do you encounter environmental stressors, trauma responses, and destructive coping mechanisms? Together, we will work on strategies that will allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties. One of my biggest goals as a therapist is to validate you and to foster a safe place where you can feel comfortable to process your feelings.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work throuh in follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I truly enjoy and feel honored to being part of my clients journey towards becoming their greatest version.

My treatment methods

Existential

Existential psychotherapies use a range of approaches, but major themes focus on the concepts of responsibility and freedom. Therapists help you find meaning in the face of anxiety by choosing to think and act responsibly and by confronting negative internal thoughts rather than focusing on external forces like societal pressures or luck. Fostering creativity, love, authenticity, and free will are common avenues that help move you toward transformation. Similarly, when treating addiction disorders, the existential therapist coaches a person to face the anxiety that abuse use may be alleviating, and encourages them to take responsibility for their life. The goal: To make more willful decisions about how to live, drawing on creativity and love, instead of letting outside events determine one's behavior.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy technique that can help people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy involves moving your eyes in a specific way while processing traumatic memories. The goal is to stimulate the brain to process unhealed memories, which can lead to a natural restoration and adaptive resolution
