Hola! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California with 8 years of experience supporting individuals on their healing journeys. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC), and since then, I’ve been passionate about offering compassionate, client-centered care to people from all walks of life. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strength.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll begin with some brief introductions and get to know each other a bit. From there, we’ll talk about the challenges you’re currently facing and what’s bringing you to therapy. This conversation helps me get a clearer picture of your needs so I can begin to craft a personalized plan for how we’ll move forward together in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I bring warmth, empathy, and a genuine curiosity about each person’s unique story. I’m also highly attuned to the importance of cultural humility and strive to meet clients where they are, honoring their values, identities, and lived experiences. My clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me, which I believe is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m passionate about walking alongside young adults and adults as they navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s dealing with stress and anxiety, working through depression, building self-esteem, moving through life transitions, or navigating relationship struggles. I work with people who are looking to understand themselves more deeply, develop healthy ways to cope, and create more meaningful, connected lives. My hope is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to grow, heal, and discover who you truly are. I also offer bilingual services in English and Spanish, so I can connect with and support a wider range of communities.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. In my practice, I apply techniques like thought records, behavioral activation, and cognitive restructuring, tailoring each intervention to the client’s goals. CBT allows me to offer a structured, evidence-based approach that supports lasting change.

Interpersonal

I use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to support clients in understanding the link between their mood and relationships. My approach focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and navigating life transitions. By exploring relational patterns, clients build healthier connections and emotional resilience.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I apply a person-centered approach by creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and accepted. I emphasize empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard to support clients in exploring their feelings, building self-awareness, and fostering personal growth.

Psychoeducation

I integrate psychoeducation into my practice to help clients better understand their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. By providing clear, relevant information, I empower clients to take an active role in their healing process and make informed decisions about their well-being.
