About me

Whether you're navigating the complexities of polyamory, kink, or BDSM, or simply seeking to enhance your relationships and well-being, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to build a more fulfilling and authentic life. My approach is grounded in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including person-centered, Gestalt, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I'm also trained in trauma-informed care and emotionally focused therapy. As a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I'm committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals and couples to explore their sexuality, gender identity, and relationship dynamics.

Maya is always helpful with suggestions and solutions and honest. Even if the honesty is not easy to hear and I really appreciate that. I really like how our sessions play out and how we clarify what’s being said.
