My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

I try to highlight how the patterns established in our initial relationships (family of origin) impact the way we respond to the relationships we are in today.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting helps people process trauma without having to dive into intrusive "story telling" and instead allows the brain to heal itself.

Narrative

I help people explore the stories they tell themselves about themselves, others, and the world and identify which of these stories aren't serving them anymore.
