It is important to assess the client's circumstances and determine what the client is desiring to gain from the sessions. It is important for me to help the client get a better understanding about how I work and how I can benefit the client's circumstances.

EXPLORATION FOR UNDERSTANDING- Therapy can be about exploration. I help people understand themselves and their situations better. It is very powerful to connect the dots and examine how life experiences have shaped us. Sometimes it is not always easy to see how different influences and experiences have shaped our behavior and outlook but this is what therapy can assist us to do. STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS- Therapy can also be about training. Strategies and techniques can be applied to help people alter anxiety, depression, a lack of motivation, emotional problems, and even relationship problems. You can learn effective strategies to reset your life.
