After each session it is crucial to recognize accomplishments and gain a deeper understanding of transformational processes which require mental flexibility and practicing self compassion. Therapy sessions are designed to reroute the brain to actively pursue healthier thought patterns and relationships to self and others. The primary function of life is feeling validated and having a significant presence to enrich your meaning and purpose to serve yourself and others.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Evidence based treatment interventions that I implement are cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered, dialectic behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices and supportive therapy techniques.

I have worked with individuals and families across the life span. My practice is concentrated on individuals who may have challenges with anxiety and depression.
