I’m a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and compassion into the therapy room. I love working with clients spanning from those struggling with coping with the problems of the world, seeking to heal from childhood wounds, and LGBTQ+ clients/ I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as your full self. My approach is strength-based, collaborative, and supportive, helping you tap into your resilience while also finding new tools for growth.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what feels most important to you right now. I’ll ask some questions, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll start building a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, and we’ll talk about what goals or changes you’d like to see moving forward. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of feeling truly seen and accepted. I strive to make therapy both meaningful and enjoyable—helping clients laugh, feel at ease, and also do the deep work that leads to growth and change
