New to Grow
I’m a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and compassion into the therapy room. I love working with clients spanning from those struggling with coping with the problems of the world, seeking to heal from childhood wounds, and LGBTQ+ clients/ I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as your full self. My approach is strength-based, collaborative, and supportive, helping you tap into your resilience while also finding new tools for growth.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what feels most important to you right now. I’ll ask some questions, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll start building a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, and we’ll talk about what goals or changes you’d like to see moving forward. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to bring humor, warmth, and authenticity into the room while holding space for the harder conversations. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of feeling truly seen and accepted. I strive to make therapy both meaningful and enjoyable—helping clients laugh, feel at ease, and also do the deep work that leads to growth and change
My ideal clients are people who want a supportive, authentic space to explore who they are and where they’re headed. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals who are navigating identity, relationships, or life transitions. I’m best positioned to support clients who value humor, honesty, and collaboration in therapy, and who are ready to build on their strengths while finding new ways to cope, grow, and thrive
I have been trained in EMDR and enjoy seeing the quick improvements people tend to experience after completing each session
I have personal experience and have completed multiple trainings/learnings in this area, and enjoy supporting people in this journey.
The majority of my pre-licensed trainings and experiences were at a clinic highly focused on trauma-informed care.
