I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who completed my master’s in counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology. I have assisted many individuals, couples and families, regardless of their age, sexual orientation or gender identity, who struggle with anger issues, spiritual trauma, chronic stress, social anxiety, marital infidelity and sex addiction, as they reclaim their inner strength, build resiliency and nurture healthier relationships.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I understand the importance of honoring the uniqueness of each person’s path, so I endeavor to foster open conversations in a welcoming environment that embrace common values with patience and understanding, without judgement. As a result, clients can expect a very personalized plan for learning valuable coping strategies which encourages self-discovery leading to increased self-esteem, with an overall improvement to social, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I use a holistic approach to treatment which integrates evidenced-based, trauma-informed and spiritually-focused techniques that are both accessible and effective to guide clients as they work through difficult life situations. I have helped many individuals with managing conflicts in personal relationships, letting go of bad habits, as well as recovering from childhood trauma due to abuse and neglect.

Group Therapy

As an experienced clinical therapist, I've spent years leading therapy groups that emphasize shared human experiences, fostering hope, and facilitating emotional connections to help individuals to cope with unplanned life changes. In the group therapy sessions, you will discover a supportive space for profound growth and learn to navigate challenges while finding strength in the shared experiences of other group members.
