Hi! Are you battling with your mental health? Are you trying to stay balanced with your overall health? I am a board-certified mental health practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am a good listener, compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. I perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. I work with clients across the lifespan struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorders, DMDD, coping skills for stress, addiction, etc. Let's work together to find the balance you need in your overall health using a holistic approach with a client-centered treatment plan tailored just for you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we'll discuss the reason for the visit, symptoms, history, psychosocial, expected goals/outcomes, and a tailored treatment plan that is patient-centered.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a good listener, compassionate, and have good communication skills, empathy, and understanding.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This treatment method aims to identify and alter maladaptive thought patterns that are contributing to psychological issues. We employ solution-oriented talk therapy, focusing on the belief that behaviors are influenced by distorted thoughts and perceptions. We identify and evaluate the patient's thought patterns and develop a plan to address the difficulties linked to their mental state. Because situations are unique to the individual, the tailored plan is person-centered.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Psychotherapy known as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) combines elements of CBT with meditation and the practice of an attitude of nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment. We used different techniques to achieve a state of self-awareness of the body, and thoughts and become more aware of the present moment.
