I specialize in working with individuals who are functioning on the outside but struggling internally—whether that looks like anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, mood instability, Insomnia, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, or feeling mentally overwhelmed. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my approach is both clinical and practical. I focus on helping you understand why you feel the way you do—not just managing symptoms, but identifying patterns and building sustainable strategies. Treatment with me is: Collaborative – You are actively involved in your care Thoughtful – Medication is used intentionally, not automatically Goal-oriented – We focus on real-life functioning, not just diagnoses Many of my clients are professionals, students, or high-achieving individuals who are used to pushing through—but are ready for a more effective way to manage their mental health. I provide support with: ADHD (focus, executive function, overwhelm) Anxiety and chronic stress Depression and low motivation Emotional dysregulation Burnout and high-pressure lifestyles My goal is to help you feel clearer, more in control, and better equipped to function at your full capacity—without burning out.
The first session is focused on understanding you as a whole person. We will discuss: Your current concerns Mental health history Life stressors and goals Any prior treatment experiences This is a judgment-free space. My priority is to build trust and create a plan that aligns with your needs and comfort level.
My greatest strengths are my ability to listen deeply, think clinically and strategically, and provide thoughtful, individualized care that helps clients not just feel better, but function better in their daily lives.
My ideal clients are individuals who are functioning on the outside but struggling internally—often dealing with ADHD, anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. Many are professionals, students, or high-achieving individuals who are used to pushing through, but are starting to feel mentally exhausted, unfocused, or stuck. They are typically motivated for change and want more than quick fixes—they’re looking to understand what’s driving their symptoms and develop practical, sustainable strategies to improve how they feel and function. I’m best positioned to work with clients who value a thoughtful, collaborative approach, where we combine medication management with insight, structure, and real-life application to help them regain clarity, stability, and control.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
This treatment method aims to identify and alter maladaptive thought patterns that are contributing to psychological issues. We employ solution-oriented talk therapy, focusing on the belief that behaviors are influenced by distorted thoughts and perceptions. We identify and evaluate the patient's thought patterns and develop a plan to address the difficulties linked to their mental state. Because situations are unique to the individual, the tailored plan is person-centered.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Psychotherapy known as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) combines elements of CBT with meditation and the practice of an attitude of nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment. We used different techniques to achieve a state of self-awareness of the body, and thoughts and become more aware of the present moment.
