In your first session, we’ll start by discussing what brings you to therapy and your goals for our work together, including the assessment and a chance to ask questions. Listening to your concerns and ask questions to understand your background and current situation. We’ll also explore you can be best supported during our work togeher and discuss the process of therapy. This initial session is about building a foundation of trust and beginning to map out a path towards achieving your goals and finding relief. Please keep in mind I do not take insurance a superbill can be requested for our session upon intake
