Hello! My name is Jayme Begley, LCSW and I am a seasoned social worker with over 15 years of experience in various areas of Social Work. I provide a kind and compassionate therapeutic environment for my clients to share their stories. I consider it an honor to walk shoulder to shoulder with my clients through their healing journey. I believe in having open and honest communication in the therapy room at whatever pace my clients feel comfortable. My goal is to guide my clients to living healthy lives physically, emotionally and spiritually.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will begin by discussing what brought you to therapy and the specific challenges you are facing in your life. We will begin to discuss your goals and develop a roadmap to start your healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked as a social worker for over 15 years. I have worked in a variety of different social work agencies which has helped me to develop strong clinical skills to help you get to the root cause of your challenge. I view the work in the therapy room as a collaboration between you and I meet your goals.
