What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will have a brief introductions and identify reason for services and to see if we are comfortable to work together on their journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am very compassionate and believe in meeting a person where they are utilizing their strengths to help them manage their emotional stability in a non-judgmental environment, with the belief we are equal. My belief and approach are based on the client’s overseeing their own counseling experiences as we work together for them to gain the tools needed to manage their own emotional stability. I believe in helping the client identify the root cause of their challenges and work with them to create a treatment plan that leads to measurable progress which we will be assessed together throughout the counseling process.
