My name is Haydee Sierra-Santos. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the state of Texas. I obtained my Master degree in social work (MSW) from University of Southern California in September 2015. I love my profession because it allows me to work closely with people; which I love. I strongly believe in the power of quality relationships, with the most important being the relationship we have with oneself. I strive to help people realize their worth, potential, and capacity for change when change is needed. I strongly believe in meeting the client where they are at and building from there as a team through our therapeutic relationship.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session together, we will introduce each other, go over basic information such as medical/psychiatry history, reason for seeking therapy, goals and expectations, and confidentiality matters.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a natural ability to build trust and empathize with clients. I provide a non-judgmental and safe environment is which clients can feel safe and validated. I value the trust and vulnerability that clients bring to therapy and never take it for granted.
