Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from California, currently living in Florida. I received my undergraduate degree from William Jessup University, with a Master's Degree from Chapman University. I love people and I love to see relationships thrive. Research shows us that the quality of life that we have is more dependent on the quality of relationships than any other factor. I want you to have the most fulfilling and satisfying life as possible.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session you will tell me a lot about you. I want to know your likes, dislikes, connections, family history, perception of what it means to be happy, and what your preliminary goals are. Of course, you can ask me anything you want to. We will talk about what you have been struggling with and how we can work through those challenges.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am highly relational. I deeply empathize with my clients as much as possible, believing that you can help someone best when you can see things from their perspective. I am excellent at helping people to connect to what the reasons for their behaviors are (their unseen motives). You can break free fro whatever is holding you back!

My treatment methods

Couples Counseling

Using a mixture of couples counseling techniques, we work to address the barriers that are keeping your relationship from thriving. Whether you are looking for a "tune-up" on an already good relationship or your relationship is at the brink of divorce, I can help you to get out of the relational rut and start moving forward.

Christian Counseling

You don't have to be a Christian to benefit from Christian Counseling. As an option, we can utilize Christian principles to help you gain better insight into how to cope with challenges in life. We look at the ways that your faith can help you to overcome anxiety, worry, depression, and relationship issues.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the way we look at how your thoughts and behaviors reinforce patterns that aren't producing the results you want in your life. Through cognitive and behavioral re-programming, you can create the outcomes you want in all areas of life.
