I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting individuals through major life transitions and parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of parenting. I help people make sense of what feels overwhelming and reconnect with their own strengths. I care deeply about the relationship we build together and believe that feeling understood and emotionally safe is the foundation of meaningful therapy. My work is rooted in attachment, nervous system awareness, and meeting you where you are, so therapy feels supportive, steady, and grounded in your real life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is about getting a sense of each other. We will talk about what brought you in and what support has been missing or helpful in the past. There is no pressure to share everything or have clear goals right away. My priority is that the space feels emotionally safe, respectful, collaborative, and most importantly, makes sense to you. We will review confidentiality expectations, payments, insurance, scheduling and cancelling appointments, and other housekeeping information. At the end of our session, you will get a sense of whether we are a good fit to work together and what you are looking for in therapy. If there's a consensus we are not a good fit, we can talk about what you are hoping for in therapy and I will do my best to help you find someone that will work best with what brought you to therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is my relational, attachment-based approach. I show up authentically, with compassion, approachability, and a touch of humor. I pay close attention to how we connect and what helps you feel supported, because therapy should feel responsive and make sense for you. I help clients notice patterns that no longer serve them, explore old wounds or family dynamics, and gently work toward healing and self-understanding. I bring a trauma-informed lens and an awareness of the nervous system into our sessions to help you build self-trust, emotional clarity, and more compassion for yourself. I care about what support looks like for you beyond our sessions and help you strengthen it, so the growth we work toward together does not live only in the therapy room but feels supportive in your day-to-day life. Clients often share that therapy with me feels calming, validating, and supportive without being overwhelming.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support parents and caregivers in the early years, as well as individuals moving through major life transitions. You might be adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum, becoming a parent, or navigating changes in your identity or relationships. You may feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, even if you are still showing up for everyone else. Therapy with me is for those who want support that makes sense, feels attuned, and fits into real life, not abstract advice or surface-level coping skills.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I use a relational, attachment-focused approach, which means I pay close attention to our connection and your experience in therapy and healing journey. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back, old wounds or family dynamics, and ways to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. I also integrate somatic approaches to help you tune into your body and manage stress, as well as DBT skills to support emotional balance, mindfulness, and healthy coping in daily life.
