What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Initial assessment is about an hour getting to know your needs and starting an individualized treatment plan. I follow up in 3-4 weeks with any medication initiation/change to assess effect or treatment change needs. We then follow up for assessment every 10-12 weeks or longer depending on individual treatment

Having worked with different cultures and age groups , I have developed the art of listening, paying attention to different needs and developing an individualized treatment for my different patients. I also have patients assisting with their treatment plans based on their individual goals. We follow up regularly to discuss progress towards individual goals.
