In our first session we will discuss your personal identity, values and current challenges. I will learn about your individual strengths, successes and goals for therapy. I will share with you my clinical background specific to your current challenges and therapy goals. We will begin to create a roadmap for our future time together. In subsequent sessions we will dive deeper into topics you've identified and use various treatment techniques to identify and practice strategies and skills to help you overcome your greatest challenges.

EMDR is an evidenced based treatment modality that has been proven to help clients process traumatic and disturbing experiences through the use of external stimulus (eye movements, tapping, audio). I utilize it for children and adults who are having a difficult time verbally or cognitively processing through their difficult experiences.
