Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I have received a dual masters in Social Work and Gerontology from the University of Southern California (USC), as well as hold a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan. I have been practicing in the field for over 13 years and have advanced certification and experience in the field of grief and loss, advance care planning, hospice, and palliative care, motivational interviewing, and problem solving therapy. My goal is to empower clients to overcome adversity and gain the confidence needed to thrive and achieve success.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Whatever support you're seeking - individual or relationship, single session or ongoing - through our work together you can feel better about yourself, your experiences, and your relationships. We're all more successful with the right support than we are in isolation.

I offer a safe, open-minded space that holds space for clients to express their feelings, understand their deepest needs, cope through challenges, and heal.
