LCSW, 14 years of experience
New to Grow
With 14 years of experience, I bring a steady, grounded presence to therapy, working hard to truly understand my clients so they feel seen, heard, and safe to explore their inner world. I want my clients to know that healing is possible and that trauma does not have to define who they are or who they become. In our work together, we examine thought and behavior patterns with curiosity and without judgment—exploring how you arrived where you are, and more importantly, how you can move forward into a meaningful and fulfilling life. I support individuals in building self-esteem, developing self-compassion, strengthening confidence, and learning to use their voice with clarity and authenticity. Together, we identify your needs, reconnect with your truest self, and cultivate the courage and capacity to take up space in the world.
In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to work on. We will get to know each other and we will begin to identify a path forward. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and authentic—where you can be fully yourself and feel supported in your growth.
I recognize that every person is truly unique—what works for one individual may not work for another. My goal is to help you discover what strategies, tools, and approaches work best for you. I take the time to understand your idiosyncrasies, patterns, and strengths, tailoring therapy to your needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages, supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life transitions, face challenges, and cultivate greater self-understanding, resilience, and personal growth. I have extensive experience working with young adults, helping them navigate developmental changes, explore existential questions, clarify their values, and release unhelpful narratives that may be holding them back.
I take an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, integrating positive psychology, goal setting, skills-based strategies, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to support clients in creating meaningful change. I place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and building genuine rapport, recognizing these as essential foundations for growth.
I enjoy helping clients explore their attachment style, recover from attachment wounds, and develop healthy adult relationships.
I am certified in clinical hypnosis. This is a powerful way to make meaningful change relatively quickly. This guided process utilizes a deeply relaxed but highly focused state to reinforce new coping strategies, reduce anxiety, and promote healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.
