Ms. Tenisha is very lovely, kind, empathetic and easy to open up and talk to which is something I struggle with. She gives homework assignments so you can work on your issues when not in session which I find helpful and necessary, and most importantly she gives you HOPE. She shows you that there is a path out of darkness. Very good with anxiety. I feel that if I continue to work with her, I can be normal again.
