LMFT, 10 years of experience
I’m a relational psychodynamic therapist. I can help you find your path forward by discovering deeper aspects of yourself. My goal is to create a space where you can share anything that's on your mind. We can explore your thoughts and feelings, connect with your true self and understand how your past is affecting you now. I look forward to working together to promote growth, healing and the realization of your full potential.
We can work together to create a caring and accepting space. In this space, you might feel brave enough to look at parts of yourself and your life that have felt too scary or painful to share with others before. When we gently bring these hidden feelings into our sessions, parts of you that you've kept locked away can finally be seen and understood. This journey of opening up may not always be easy, but it can lead to more honest and fulfilling connections with yourself and the important people in your life.
I work hard to build strong, meaningful relationships with my clients and believe the relationship between therapist and client is what creates positive change and healing.
I can help you with challenges related to anxiety, stress management, parenting, depression, ADHD, addiction, substance misuse, trauma, Complex PTSD, chronic shame, low self-esteem, people pleasing, emotional intimacy, relationship conflict, loneliness, gender identity and sexuality.
As a psychodynamic therapist, I help you explore your thoughts and feelings to uncover deeper experiences from your past that might be influencing your current behavior and getting in the way of your goals.
