Hi there, I am a Board Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Massachusetts. I have spent the last 9 years training and working in the mental health space. I deliver compassionate, high quality, comprehensive, mental health care to each individual through medication and therapy based treatment. I am trained across the lifespan and have focused on the impact of mood disorders, trauma and substance use on my patients' lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session, you can expect that I will gather information about your past psychiatric and medical symptoms, medications and treatments. In addition, you can expect a series of questions about your current mental health symptoms and level of functioning. The questions are geared towards fostering a collaborative discussion, promote self-awareness and holistic well being. The first session will be the beginning of a collaborative relationship. I utilize evidence-based treatment methods including motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy and medications to attain the goals we set forth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My area of expertise include psychiatric evaluations, assessments and treatment of individuals experiencing major depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders as well as challenges involving substance use disorder.
