Hello! I'm a Licensed Psychologist based in Pennsylvania. I received my Doctorate from Rutgers University in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing for over 40 years. I help individuals, couples and families dealing with anxiety and depression as well as communication, conflict resolution and anger management issues. Overall, I help all my clients to find the best ways to deal with and resolve the difficulties preventing them from living a full, satisfying and happy life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will include some brief information and history taking followed by focusing and clearly understanding the issues that bring you to treatment. We will also design a preliminary treatment plan that will give us some initial ideas of what we can work on together in future visits.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked for over 40 years with a wide range of clients and their treatment needs. I feel that I have developed a rich array of skillsets as a Psychologist that will help to quickly identify and design a treatment plan with you that will get us working immediately on helping you with any and all of your concerns.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary treatment method for over 40 years. I have been trained extensively in CBT through graduate education, conferences, workshops, webinars, etc. Additionally, I have been trained and supervised by Psychologists who are recognized experts in CBT. It is frequently my first choice of treatment methods with new patients unless they prefer otherwise. Since I deal primarily with anxiety and depression presenting diagnoses, I have found CBT to be an effective approach with these issues and many of my clients find CBT helpful and even enjoyable as well.
