I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy for adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, CPTSD, ADHD, intimacy concerns, LGBTQIA related issues, and relational patterns. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and skills-based, integrating emotional processing with nervous system awareness to make change feel sustainable. I offer warmth, structure, and thoughtful challenge, helping clients build insight, regulation, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance to slow down and get oriented. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns or questions you have about the process. I’ll ask about your history, current stressors, relationships, and what feels most important to focus on right now. We’ll also pay attention to pacing and emotional safety, making sure the session feels supportive rather than overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out, my goal is to begin building a collaborative, grounded foundation for our work together and to help you leave with a clearer sense of what therapy with me can look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to balance emotional depth with practical application, and to meet clients with both warmth and thoughtful challenge. I create a space where all emotions are welcome while also helping clients identify patterns that keep them stuck. My approach integrates trauma-informed, relational, and skills-based methods, allowing insight to translate into real change. I am especially skilled at working with trauma, CPTSD, ADHD, intimacy concerns, and complex relational dynamics. Clients often share that therapy feels both grounding and activating—supportive without being passive, structured without being rigid, and that they leave with greater clarity, regulation, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who feel ready to look more deeply at their emotional patterns, relationships, and inner experiences. Many struggle with anxiety, CPTSD, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, or intimacy concerns and want both understanding and practical support. I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring identity, sexuality, and relationships. Clients may feel stuck in familiar cycles or overwhelmed by expectations and are open to slowing down, building awareness, and trying new ways of responding. I work best with clients who value collaboration, curiosity, and honesty, and who are willing to gently challenge themselves while moving at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

My treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use trauma-informed CBT to explore thought patterns while honoring emotional safety, pacing, and nervous system regulation, helping clients apply skills without bypassing underlying experiences.

Polyvagal Therapy

I use Polyvagal Therapy to help clients understand their nervous system responses, build regulation skills, and restore a sense of safety, connection, and choice in their emotional and relational experiences.

Somatic

I use somatic therapy to help clients notice body-based sensations, increase nervous system awareness, and process emotions through the body to support regulation, safety, and lasting change.
