I'm Joan Flynn, a licensed psychotherapist from Florida. I have been a licensed provider for 23 years and worked in several different settings including outpatient services and acute care hospitals. I'm originally from Massachusetts but have lived in Florida since 2004. I am familiar with many treatment strategies but most often use CBT and DBT as interventions. After the first session I hope that you feel safe and that you can trust me with any and all information you want to share. As we go along you can expect suggestions based on treatment strategies designed to help you navigate whatever difficulties you are currently facing.

I have had some real success treating trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship problems.
