Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Maryland. I have a passion for helping youth and adults, who are experiencing struggles related to anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, women's issues, stress, trauma and work/life balance. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with introductions and complete an intake assessment to discuss challenges that you are currently facing. Through this discussion we will create an individual plan to set goals to work on during our follow up sessions.

My greatest strength as a therapist is helping clients feel empowered, confident and welcomed. I treat every client as an individual who is facing unique challenges. I enjoy assisting clients with building goals that are unique to them and achievable.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

To assist clients with understanding their patterns and behaviors, I utilize CBT. It provides an understanding of the interconnection between their thoughts, behaviors and feelings; to create changes.

Motivational Interviewing

At times people are unsure of their ability to make wanted changes to their behaviors. I assist clients with identifying their values and motivation that aligns with the change, through asking open ended questions, reflective listening and encouraging self-efficacy.
