What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with introductions and then dive into some of the challenges you are facing. Together we will develop goals and a treatment plan to accomplish these goals. I will answer any questions you may have and describe some of the therapy approaches I utilize in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a therapist that likes to utilize mindfulness, art, and EMDR therapy approach in therapy. I enjoy using the variety of therapy approaches to ensure my client's get the most out of their therapy experience. I welcome feedback in therapy and make sure things go at the client's pace.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I like to work with adults who are experiencing difficulty completing day to day tasks, feel unmotivated, and or stuck who have experienced trauma in their past. . My clients often experience triggers in their lives and struggle to manage these triggers that disrupt their daily life. My clients tend to experience symptoms of anxiety and depression. Together we process trauma experiences and develop coping skills to manage anxiety and depression symptoms.
