Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing for 10 years. My therapeutic approach has been to take a whole person treatment approach. My ability to partner with individuals and identify interventions that are useful to promote healing in their journey. It also is very important for individuals to develop their own voice. My focus is on fostering this experience authentically in session.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My initial session are geared to identifying a treatment focus and establishing therapeutic rapport. This session will also identify evidenced based treatment intervention that promote symptom reduction. The therapeutic experience is also designed to make meaningful connections. The focus throughout treatment will be making a formal assessment and providing education.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked in various settings with adolescents and adults that are experiencing emotional distress. In each setting my ability to be authentic. empoqwrimg, genuine and skilled has been my strength as a therapist.
