Do you ever feel like your own harshest critic? Many of us spend our days in a cycle of overthinking and self-judgment, letting anxiety take the driver's seat. I believe life is far too short to spend it beating yourself up. My goal is to help you trade that internal criticism for self-compassion and confidence, helping you regain control over the thoughts that feel "too much." Because every person is unique, I use an eclectic approach. This means I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" box; instead, I meet you exactly where you are each session. Whether we need to dive deep or focus on practical tools, I adapt my approach to whatever you’re facing that day. I offer a safe, supportive ear combined with the gentle encouragement you need to make real changes when you're ready. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to take back your life, I’m ready to help. Licensed in: TX, SC, VA, MN, & NV | Certified Anxiety Specialist ***no availability beyond 5pm CT***
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
It is my hope that each of my clients feel more at ease with their life and more empowered to tackle their stressors once outside of the session. Sometimes all we need in life is someone listening and encouraging us to make those changes we've always known we've needed to make.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I feel as if my greatest strength is providing an empathetic, yet empowering approach. Life can be hard and some of us often resort to that negative self-talk and tearing ourselves down. This just makes us feel stuck and unable to grow. I feel the most fulfilled in my work when I can see a client's confidence increasing through therapy and how this often trickles out into others areas of their life.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with individuals who want a change in their life, but just need some encouragement and direction to make that change happen. The unknown can be scary, but I'm here to support and empower you to take charge of your life and make positive changes towards a brighter future.
Strength-Based
A strengths based approach is the driving force behind my therapeutic style. Life can be hard, and often times, individuals can be their own worst enemy. Focusing more so on strengths can help with self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. Together, we will highlight your strengths and use those to empower you to work through areas of wanted change and growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been a focus in my practice for the past two years. First, I’ll provide some psychoeducation on how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. We will then work together to examine and reframe some of your unhealthy thinking patterns that are negatively impacting you and preventing you from living the life of your dreams.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a central part of the therapy I provide. This is your life and therapeutic journey. I am here to listen to and empower you to make positive changes in your life. With that said, we will take it a pace you are comfortable with because change can be a source of anxiety. I am here to make this as positive of a journey as possible.

a great listener, she lets me talk and talk but asks really great questions that make me think deeper in a way that doesn't encourage a spiral. She is great at understanding the key concerns. She's direct, honest, but warm. She creates a space that feels safe and motivating! Always wrap up the sessions feeling encouraged with really great ideas/suggestions from her to work on. Really happy to have her

Hailey is great at reflecting on what I have shared. She offered a new perspective while still checking in with me to make sure I understand and agree. Looking forward to putting in the work to better myself.

Hailey is exceedingly easy to talk to gives very good feedback. She listens attentively and remembers things we talked about even months after the fact. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Bryan
