HI! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, with three years of professional clinical experience. Within practice, I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions to assist with identifying unhelpful and unrealistic thoughts, and reframing them to a more helpful, realistic thinking process that can lead to less distressing feelings. CBT has benefits and success with reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and substances challenges.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

With utilizing Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SBFT), the focus is on identifying strengths and resources. By exploring solutions and setting achievable goals, we will work together to promote experiencing empowerment, and a deeper understanding of personal resiliency and capacity to grow. Utilize these interventions will help to assist you to reframe challenges, build on past successes, and worked towards established goals.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) has an emphasis on mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. Through psycho-education, utilizing worksheets and homework practices, we will work to strengthen emotional management and building personal resilience to create a sense of balance, control and support personal stability. Through this model will work to assist with building healthier coping mechanisms and enhance overall well-being.
