Besides the years in this profession, I have a Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor's Degree in Social Work. I’m also certified as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with youth and adults that struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many other mental health issues. As a therapist, I believe the gift of Social Work is multi-faceted in the way services can be provided. I decided to launch Shalom Counseling Services, LLC to provide mental health services, resources, and referrals to assist with positive changes in all of our pursuits.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

One of our many goals is to provide mental health services that produce peace beyond understanding. Shalom can be defined as an inward sense of peace, harmony, wholeness, completeness, prosperity, welfare, and tranquility. We hope that those we encounter achieve Shalom in the midst of. We also strive to provide resources associated with mental health and referrals that suit specific mental health concerns.

As a therapist/counselor, I demonstrate an open and accepting attitude. Everyone needs to know that I am ready to meet them where they are. As an effective therapist/counselor, I accept you as you are and want to help you heal.
