I believe that everyone has their own answers locked inside. I am simply here to help you learn about yourself and unlock your unique path. I know that when we work together to discover your path, your life will improve and you will find a new sense of freedom and empowerment. I have worked with clients from a wide range of ethnicities, ages, sexual orientations, and walks of life, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and other psychological difficulties. I also have helped both males and females who have survived varying types and severity of abusive behaviors. I find great professional fulfillment when helping others find themselves. I know that no matter the difficulty one is facing in life, having a supportive person who is able to provide a non-judgmental, understanding approach can significantly help

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My genuine hope is that clients feel heard and validated at the end of a session. I have found that when individuals feel heard, not judged and understood, they leave the session feeling better and have more confidence in their abilities.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I am very focused on listening to my clients and then providing what they need. If worksheets are helpful for one client, that is how i help, however, if worksheets are not a good fit, then I use different tools.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My specialty are teenagers of all walks of life but especially teenagers who identify as LGBTQ+. I also enjoy and have vast experience with couples working through relationship maintenance to betrayal of partner and everything in between.
