Hello! My name is Tiffany and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) based in Pennsylvania. Over the past 6 years, my goal has been to establish trust and to provide a safe and judgment-free zone for everyone I work with. Other than being a therapist, I love to garden and can talk all day about plants (: I'm here to support you with your mental health journey to feeling better and achieving your goals. Reach out to book your initial session. I look forward to meeting you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The goal of our first session will be for me to gather your background information and what your current concerns may be. Once the intake is complete, we will discuss how we can work together effectively and I will outline what sessions look like moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is having a judgment-free and safe place. I will not try to change your mind or "fix" you. You are the expert in your life. I am here to guide and support you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been utilizing CBT in my practice for the past few years. This method helps us to understand our thoughts, behaviors, and feelings and how they all interact. CBT can help support changing negative thought patterns to reduce anxiety/depression.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use SFBT to focus on solutions, rather than problems. We will work together on managing goals in realistic ways.

Trauma Informed Care

I have been trained in trauma-informed care for the last 6 years. Everyone goes through difficult times in their lives. I will provide you with a safe place to talk and work through trauma.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based perspective to work on identifying strengths, rather than perceived weaknesses. This method aims to boost self-esteem and confidence.
