Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix and have been practicing for 4 years. My experience is in helping children, teens and adults navigate and understand their feelings and emotions to lead to a happier fulfilled life. In addition, I approach therapy from a trauma informed lens working to help clients increase happiness, confidence, and overall self esteem.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and who you are as a person. I think it is important for me to have a good understanding of who you are and your specific needs. This helps us create a tailored plan together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with children, teens, adults and domestic violence survivors over the past 4 years, I've developed skills to focus on you as an individual to help identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with a variety of clients including, children, teens, adults, and domestic violence survivors. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious in navigating life; from daily activities to work stress, family stress and social stress.
