Hello, I'm Eve. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate through relationship struggles, suicidality, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, traumatic grief, trauma, complex PTSD, childhood trauma including childhood sexual abuse, and infertility issues. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I am dedicated to building a caring, compassionate, trusting, and understanding relationship with you to improve the overall quality of your life.
In our first session together we will do what is called an intake session. We will then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have a great deal of professional and personal experience helping individuals and couples navigate through relationship struggles, suicidality, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, traumatic grief, trauma, complex PTSD, childhood trauma including childhood sexual abuse, and infertility issues.
I love working with clients who have past experiences that are affecting them in their present lives. I like helping people understand and work through these experiences to improve the quality of their lives in the present. This is a difficult undertaking as these past experiences are often painful. However, I believe that processing these experiences is an important step in improving the present quality of our lives.
