Hello, I'm Eve. I specialize in helping individuals navigate through relationship struggles, suicidality, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, traumatic grief, trauma, complex PTSD, childhood trauma including childhood sexual abuse, and infertility issues. I am dedicated to building a caring, compassionate, trusting, and understanding relationship with you to improve the overall quality of your life. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I collaborate with medical partners who offer ketamine treatments. I help clients prepare for and integrate these experiences through talk therapy, grounding, and emotional processing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together we will do what is called an intake session. We will then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with clients who have past experiences that are affecting them in their present lives. I like helping people understand and work through these experiences to improve the quality of their lives in the present. This is a difficult undertaking as these past experiences are often painful. However, I believe that processing these experiences is an important step in improving the present quality of our lives.

Through psychodynamic therapy, I help people explore their deeper stories and patterns, opening space for insight and lasting change.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I guide people in gently processing trauma through CBT, helping them find safety, strength, and new ways of moving forward.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help people notice unhelpful patterns, build new skills, and create meaningful change.
Grief Therapy
I companion people through grief with compassion and gentle support, helping them honor their loss and find healing.
