I am a doctoral-prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner (DNP) who graduated from the University of San Francisco, California. I am also a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who treats patients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, and ADHD. I have over fifteen years of experience treating patients with a variety of struggles. My work and care have a patient-centered style. I believe that my patients have a right to know, get involved with, and make decisions about their health. I establish strong relationships with all of my patients and their families to help supply them with knowledge and confidence in their care and their treatment plans. My interest in mental health started in the very early years of my life, and my search to understand mental illness motivated me to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I believe everyone with a mental health-related condition has a unique story to tell, and their story deserves special attention based on their report.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through In follow-up sessions, as time goes on, we will reevaluate the progress and make changes to plan as needed.
