I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I completed my registered internship at a private practice specializing in working with the youth population and Autism population. My ideal client is someone ready to make a positive change in his or her life, working through self-improvement. These clients wish to improve/develop skills they are having difficulty with and/or are not able to develop on their own.

Skill development such as communication skills, social skills, self-awareness, self-esteem, general coping skills, etc are a top priority in my work (as stated above). Understanding how my clients learn best is an important part of my work and the results are utilized in session. Altering how my sessions are facilitated to meet my clients needs.
