LMHC, 8 years of experience
New to Grow
I’m Yolla Baddour, LMHC-QS, MFT-QS, NCC — Founder and Lead Clinician at Ethereal Counseling Center. With over a decade of experience, I support individuals, couples, families, and adolescents in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy with mindfulness and holistic care, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, healing from trauma, or deeper connection in your relationships, I provide a nurturing, culturally affirming space where growth and transformation can take root.
In our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming space where your story is honored without judgment. We’ll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and your hopes for change. Together, we’ll set the foundation for your journey by identifying your goals and discussing the approaches that may best support you—whether that’s CBT to shift unhelpful thought patterns, mindfulness to calm the nervous system, or solution-focused strategies to create clarity and direction. My role is to listen deeply, help you feel seen and understood, and provide guidance tailored to your unique needs and cultural context. From the very start, I view healing as a collaborative process: I’ll walk alongside you with presence, compassion, and intention, while we create a path that feels safe, supportive, and meaningful for you.
What sets my work apart is the way I blend evidence-based practices with a holistic, compassionate approach that honors the mind-body-spirit connection. I draw on CBT to challenge limiting beliefs, Solution-Focused strategies to build clarity and hope, and mindfulness practices to calm the nervous system and deepen presence. I also integrate family systems and attachment-based perspectives to support relational healing, always holding space with cultural sensitivity and spiritual awareness. Clients often share that they feel both supported and empowered—able to move beyond symptom relief toward lasting transformation. I provide a nurturing environment where individuals, couples, and families can safely explore their inner world, unlearn old patterns, and step into deeper connection with themselves and others. In addition, as a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, I bring a depth of mentorship and guidance, reflecting my commitment not only to my clients’ growth, but also to cultivating the next generation of ethical, mindful, and client-centered therapists.
My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families who are ready to step into a healing journey with openness and curiosity. Many come to me navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or the lingering impact of trauma. Others are seeking to reconnect with themselves, build healthier boundaries, or cultivate deeper meaning and purpose in their lives. I work especially well with those who value a holistic approach—clients who recognize that healing is more than symptom relief, and who want to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether you are a young adult facing identity challenges, a couple wanting to rebuild trust, or a parent balancing personal growth with family demands, I offer a compassionate and culturally affirming space where you can unlearn patterns that no longer serve you, discover resilience, and create lasting transformation.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Practices. I create space for clients to explore the root of their challenges while also offering practical tools to build emotional balance, self-awareness, and inner strength.
